Our interpretation of a perfectly balanced coffee for use as both espresso and drip coffee. This blend uses 3 coffees, 100% Organic, coming from South and Central America.
Varietal: Caturra, Bourbon, Typica.
Elevation: 1,200 – 2,000 m.
In the cup: Heavy body, light sweetness in the front with dominant chocolate notes.
