Product Description
This is an exceptional coffee coming from the Mesela region, located in East Harrar, about 180 KM east of Dire Dawa city. This region has one of the highest altitudes at 2,600 meters above sea level, providing ideal coffee growing conditions for spectacular coffee.
This is a dry processed coffee, meaning is left to dry in the sun with the fruit still attached to the bean, allowing for this Ethiopian Coffee to bring out such wonderful flavors in the cup.
We roast this coffee on the lighter side so that you, our customer, can truly enjoy those flavors we fell in love with when we found this coffee. In the cup you will find a very dominant blueberry taste with chocolate roast notes.
Varietal: Indigenous Typica, heirloom varieties.
Elevation: 1,700 – 2,300 m.
In the cup: Blueberries, light chocolate (roast) notes, and nectar-like body.
